Adding a business is an important step, as it is the next step after creating a user account and also the last step before you can use the platform.
A company represents a team and you can manage the accesses of your different companies.
Note: In the case of an independent owner, all you need to do is indicate your personal name in Company name.
This will allow you to have all your buildings in the same platform and thus give the necessary access to the people concerned for each of them.
Once your user account is created, you have received the confirmation email and click on the link in the email to activate your account, you will be redirected to the creation of your business.
Otherwise, you can access it by clicking on the building icon in the upper right corner of your screen and then on Add a business.
- Enter your business name, phone number, and email.
- Click on Next.
- Enter the civic address of your company.
- Click Save to create your company.
Note: the information provided here will then appear in the Lessor part of Section A of the lease. You will therefore not have to re-enter them (except to modify an element).
Now move on to the creation of your first building
