This will allow you to have all your buildings in the same platform and give the required access to the persons concerned for each of them.


Once your user account is created, that you have received the confirmation email and have clicked on the link in the email to activate your account, you will be redirected to the creation of your company. You will then be in the process of adding your building and units.


Add your first building


The step of creating a building is necessary before the creation of an electronic lease on Bloc Solutions.


The information you enter about the building will be automatically transferred to the lease form when you create one for this building.


Add a building

  • From the home page, click on add a building or click on Properties in the menu on the left side of your screen and click on add a property.



  • Enter the address of the building you wish to add and select the suggested address.
  • Click on Next.
  • Drag and drop your cursor to take a picture of your building. You can move around in the environment by clicking on the white arrows appearing on the photo. Once ready, click on the blue take picture button.
  • Click on Next.
  • Enter the name of your choice for your building.

If it is a building with more than one street address, for example a duplex with 2 distinct addresses or a building on the corner of a street, please add all the addresses in the dedicated section.

  • Click on Save


That's it, your building is now created and you can find it under the Building Management module, in the menu on the left side of your screen or by doing a search in the search bar at the top right of your screen.
