In the context where you use Bloc Solutions as a rental agent, you will have to manage several accounts at the same time (one account for each building owner).

 In this article you will learn how to:

  • Create an account for each owner whose building you manage.
  • Create editor / observer contacts
  • Switch between the different accounts you manage

Account creation (company)

In order to create a new business on behalf of the owner you manage, here are the steps:

  • Click on the building icon at the top right
  • Then click on the green button "Add a company"
  • Enter the information (in the name of the owner or that of the building).

Create contacts

Once you have added the information for this new business, you need to invite the owner so that they can access the account, sign the lease and all the documents.

 To do so, please follow these steps:

  • Click on the building icon at the top right
  • Then click on "company preference"

Once in the company settings, you can create the contact and invite them by email so that they can access the account and sign the documents.

 Simply follow these four steps:

  1. Click on "invite users"
  2. Click on "Choose a contact" and create the contact with the "+" on the right.
  3. Select user type
  4. Click on "Send invite"

The owner will then receive an invitation in his email box to activate his account.

 How do I switch between the accounts I created?

Once you have created several accounts, you will sometimes have to switch between them.

 To switch between accounts, it's easy:

  • Click on the small building icon at the top right
  • Then, click on the company to which you wish to switch
