The first step would be to check your spam folder.
If you still don't have anything in your mailbox, here's how to activate your account:
- Go to the Bloc.Solutions website and then follow the following directions:
- Click on "Adhérer" in the upper right corner of your screen.
- Select "Je suis locataire mais je n'ai pas reçu mon invitation par courriel"
- Enter your first name, last name and phone number.
- Click on Next .
- Enter your email address and choose your password.
- Read and accept the conditions of use of Bloc Solutions .
- Click save .
Go to your mailbox to confirm your email address and activate your account.
- Click on the green button "Activation de votre compte".
You will be redirected to the application and you can then sign your electronic lease .
