When you invite a member of your management team to become an editor or observer and reports to you they didn't receive their invitation, there are a few steps to follow:
The first step would be to make sure that they have checked his unwanted emails (spam).
If it's not in spam emails, you can go to your settings and resend the invitation to them by following these steps:
- Click on the small building icon at the top right.
- Click on Company Preferences
- Click on Invite users in the menu on the left
- Click on ''Choose contact(s)'' and select contact (clic the blue + on the right to add new contact)
- Select the type of contact (editor / observer)
- Click on Send invitation
