How to create and send a renewal notice in Bloc Solutions

In our last platform update, we added a feature long awaited by property owners.
It is now possible for you to create and send your renewal notices directly in the Bloc Solutions platform.
How to proceed?
Simply follow these few steps:
Click on the Leases tab in the left column
Then, click on the lease for which you want to create the notice (note that the lease must be active and / or signed in order to be able to create a notice).
Click on the blue button Create a renewal notice.
Fill in the necessary information (duration, rent ammount, sending date, tenant's response time, etc.).
When you have verified that all the information is correct, click Send.
Subsequently, each of the tenants linked to the lease will receive their renewal notice by email (according to the sending date that you specified when creating the notice).
They can therefore decide whether or not to accept the notice.
Once the renewal notice has been accepted, you will be notified directly in your account as well as by email. The terms of the lease will be automatically extended and the rent will be updated on the platform.
